MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1.      If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you will be given the option to exchange for another item purchased through this site within 7 days of receipt of your goods.  Returned items must reach Bogosse within 14 days of receipt of the item.  Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition.  When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.  We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

2.      To return an item requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  Please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at 305-594-9228 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).

3.      Fill out the Package Insert and place it in your box.  Be sure to include your name, phone number, address, RMA #, quantity, reason and product number.  Please note that returning items will be at your expense.  If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, Bogosse will be happy to refund you the costs involved in sending the item back to us.

4.      Fill in your name and address on the Return Label, cut it out and affix it to the box you are returning.

5.      Send your package to Bogosse using a traceable shipping method such as insured US Mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

6.      Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed.
